Cathy is the sole owner of B&D founded in 1995. She is an entrepreneur, a cosmetologist, coach, author, mentor, mother, wife, and influencer of all things beauty on the inside and out. Her mantra is go big or go home and her top strength is activator. She has cultivated thousands of successful careers as a result of this.

Cathy's belief is that if you help people become successful, you will surely be successful too. In her spare time she enjoys family, friends, and lake life.
