Our response to COVID-19

Since our re-opening in June of 2020 the health and safety of our clients and staff are first priority. We continue to follow the guidance of the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and our local agencies.

  • Masks are optional. Please feel free to wear a mask during your service. Masks that secure behind the ears are best for all hair services. We will have a very limited amount of disposable masks on hand in case you forget yours.

  • If you or anyone you have been in contact with has had Covid-19 symptoms we ask that you reschedule. We will honor the same request to you. Our stylists will be screened every day to make sure we are providing the healthiest environment possible.

  • You are welcome to call the salon when you arrive if you prefer to wait in your car for your service provider to be ready for you. 

  • Please use the provided hand sanitizer upon entry to the salon.

  • Our coat room is spacious and open, ask that you hang up your coat and retrieve it yourself.

  • We ask that only people who have appointments enter the salon unless you are a caregiver or accompanying a minor.

  • We thoroughly sanitize and disinfect every surface and tool at each station between clients and you can be assured you will always have fresh capes and towels. We have never reused linens on our clients.

  • All high traffic general surfaces and areas are thoroughly sanitized and disinfected multiple times an hour.

  • Our software system allows for contactless payment through ApplePay and Google Pay.

  • Tips included on credit cards will be put in your service providers account in our software system and distributed at the end of the day. If you’d like to leave cash for your service provider we ask that you use our envelope system.
