Our Policy
Our scheduling here at Brown & DeLine is designed
to permit proper amount of time to complete each service. Please
help us by being punctual so that other clients do not have to wait
for their service. Failure to cancel an appointment will result
in a 50% charge.
Although we do not give cash refunds, all services
have a limited time guarantee and if for any reason you are not
satisfied, the service you received will be redone at no expense.
Please know that if you feel you would be more comfortable
or better served by another staff member, please do so. We are happy
to have clients work with all staff members.
We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. There is
a $20 returned check fee.
